Atwell & Gent provided conceptual programming, planning, design, procurement, construction administration and implementation services required to construct and implement a new AMI system for the City of Starkville. The project required the construction of a new radio system, installation of AMI servers and software, billing integration and replacement of approximately 24,000 electric and water meters.
