Starkville 69 kV & 13 kV System Study & CWP

Atwell & Gent provided all fieldwork, software modeling, and engineering required to prepare and provide Starkville Utilities a complete System Study and 3-Year Construction Work Plan (CWP). The Study and CWP identified the need for a new Southwest Starkville 161/69 Primary Substation along with a number of new 13 kV feeder circuits. The Study and CWP also identified a number of system-wide power factor, system protection, sectionalizing, and selective coordination improvements.
