Philadelphia Utilities 13 kV Electric System

Atwell & Gent provided all fieldwork, software modeling, and engineering required to prepare and provide Philadelphia Utilities a complete System Study and 5-Year Construction Work Plan (CWP). The Study and CWP identified the need for a new 13 kV feeder circuit from the South Philadelphia 161/13 kV Substation, along with a number of system-wide power factor, system protection, sectionalizing, and selective coordination improvements.
