Atwell & Gent provided all fieldwork, software modeling, and engineering required to prepare and provide Columbus Light & Water a complete System Study and 10-Year Construction Work Plan (CWP). The Study and CWP provided a detailed work plan for the next 10-year period, identifying needed substation, transmission and distribution improvements during this period. The Study and CWP also identified a number of system-side power factor correction, voltage regulation, protection, sectionalizing, and selective coordination improvements.
